The Volvo Ocean Race boats were in the harbor at Battary Park City during the week of May 8th. I took these pictures on May 11, before and during the start of leg 7 of the race. You can read the official commentary here.


Chris and I travelled to visit Grammy and Grampy in Hermon .

We did finally make it to Florida a couple of days later and had a great time at Universal Studios Theme Park .


Well we got a whopper of a snow storm the morning we were to fly to Florida! (Sunday Feb 12) Here are a few pictures throughout the day of the snow and the next day we made the most of it and Chris was sliding and I was using my camera in snowy Prospect Park.
